Packing up her comfortable life in Australia to move to Paris in 2012 was one of the most challenging yet also one of the most rewarding things Nhan had ever done in her life. Moving to London in 2008 was a walk in the park compared to this move to a non-English speaking country four years down the track. Yet the language barrier was not the only obstacle to overcome. Cultural differences between France and Australia / the UK were the most fascinating out of all the adjustments Nhan encountered, especially after meeting her French partner.
In Paris will be Paris, Nhan, a half Chinese half Vietnamese, Adelaide-born Australian blogs about the intriguing observations she’s made, the delicious food she’s tasted, the beautiful sights she’s seen, the unique places she’s stumbled across and, of course those surreal moments she finds herself in upon realising that the City of Light will never stop taking her breath away, time and time again.
Nhan also manages her own blog My Love for Paris and its respective Facebook page My Love for Paris. She enjoys dipping her feet into the world of freelance writing with various contributions, developing a passion she has always (secretly) kept close to her heart.
