There’s a new craft beer brewery in town — Von Dincklage — opened by a Tico/German named Eduardo Prado Beita, who is the heir to the Von Dincklage brew recipe and methods. And man, that’s some great beer!
The brewery is located in the Complejo Rio Plaza, 200 este de la Catedral, PZ, at the very back of the mall on the left. A miniature wine vineyard has been planted in front, and the place will truly be spectacular when the porro trees bloom all around the plaza.
Eduardo says, “I have always had a romantic fascination with beer culture, in fact, a fascination with beer, wine, and food. I would like to share that passion for craft beer with the citizens of Perez so we can all have more choices of gourmet beverages.”
Eduardo served in the U.S. Navy for over ten years as an aviation electrician. He holds a degree in business management from the University of Maryland, College Park. He brings the flavors of his Navy
Service in the Persian Gulf along with the extensive traveling he has done in Europe to each beer he crafts.
Perhaps the only thing finer than beer for Eduardo is his line of gourmet spices, also from recipes inherited from his father-in-law, which are sold in many local grocery stores in Perez.
To order a keg for your next party, book a tour of his spotless brewery, or buy some of those killer-diller
spices, please call 506.2770.1381. Eduardo speaks perfect English, and even better Cerveza.
